Raw food is no longer just for kids, health enthusiasts and promoters with something to sell. It is going mainstream, just like the concept of vegetarianism in the 1990’s. Learn the essentials, keep it simple, and raw food will soon be a large part of your life.
With 40 years experience doing raw food, including 100% raw for 2 years, I have learned what works – the practical bottom line. My years as a vegetarian chef taught me how to make food look and taste good – and also how many folks really thrive on cooked food, especially in the evening. It’s important not to make changes too quickly.
It’s about keeping it simple. Learn the shortcuts that can save you years of trial and error. Learn the basics first, then try gourmet recipes now and then if you like. Your chances of success will be much higher.
